Service at. I hope I was amazing. I went in at four in the afternoon with a flat tire and the service rips were able to fix my tire and add a puncture liner into my loose to prevent additional flats. Customer service was excellent and they didn’t mind that was late and almost closing time. I’m very happy, satisfied this much, and I was recommend awful by to anyone.

Kris was extremely helpful. I bought my e-bike in Everett, WA before heading to Tucson. The guy in Seattle adjusted the seat; but after getting to Tucson and riding my e-bike for several miles I realized how uncomfortable the seat was. Kris, at Ajo Bikes watched me ride, realized the seat was too low for my height and said that could impact the comfort while riding. He adjusted the the seat to the appropriate height for me. After a short ride I immediately noticed a difference! It is now a much better riding experience. Then, Kris told me about advanced features with the Bosch system that the sales rep in Everett neither explained to me nor were included in the bike’s user manual. Kris also took the time to show me the many bike trails in Tucson, places to bike for dinner or coffee or to enjoy shopping, plus Tucson’s university area. Kris is knowledgeable, welcoming and informative. He helped adjust my bike to the perfect settings to make my biking experience much more pleasant. I highly recommend Ajo Bikes for all your biking & e-biking needs!

Came in on a Friday afternoon and Jake was able to get me rolling again and I had two bikes to have them look at. I needed to have flats fixed. Out the door in a half hour. Friendly, great service, bathroom available. He said half their business is tired and tubes so I hope I am good to ride the loop and gravel in the area. I would recommend these guys. Solid bike shop.
