I don’t write reviews often. Honestly, who has the time? But this deserved one. If you’re in Boston and need anything bike-related, go to this shop. I wandered in off the street looking for tire sealant and met Ergin behind the counter, and Engin working on a bike (apologies if I mixed them up). They’re brothers, which somehow makes the whole experience even better. They helped me immediately and then took the time to explain a few simple things I could do to take better care of my bike. None of it cost anything (I mean the sealant did-hehe). No attitude. No condescension. Just genuine help. I ended up browsing the bikes, and they walked me through options at a whole range of prices. Not once did I feel pushed to buy anything. Instead, it was “Come back sometime and take a few out for a ride,” said with zero pressure. And then Engin even offered to show me how he fixes things the next time my bike needs work—literally offering to teach me so I can handle more on my own. I was honestly blown away. Bikes, maintenance, accessories... it all adds up fast when you ride a lot. Meeting two people who are not only skilled but passionate about sharing that knowledge felt rare. I ride almost every day, year-round. I’m not a pro, but switching over to these guys feels like it’ll get me a step closer. Bring your business here. Truly. They’re the real deal.

The service here is exceptional. I needed a new rim, they ordered it special, retrieved it, installed the same day. Good service fees for it. I also asked them to checkout my bottom bracket. They changed it and did an inspection of my bike tweaking little things that I noted and other shops would just ignore. Again, a good service fee for the quality work and customer service.

Ergin was so helpful in getting my bike all tuned up and good to go, thank you so much! He also gave my friends and I a lesson on how to take our bikes apart and how to quickly change a flat if we are going on long rides. Would very much recommend his expertise for anyone in or around Boston.
