Around the Cycle

We hired two Salsa Timberjack MTBs for the Santa Catalina Island round trip. The service was friendly, efficient and very helpful. The bikes were excellent and absolutely up to the job. Had a seized bolt on a derailleur and brought in it on Friday evening. Shop was pretty busy but I was helped promptly and a couple of the guys stopped what the were doing to help me. Very friendly, good advice - will be back here. So great to have a local independent store - real wrenches and nice - no condescending bike guy stuff. Support this place!!

If you’re into mountain bikes— and specifically Orbea mountain bikes-you need to shop here. These folks are legit. Super competitive and honorable about pricing and warranty work. Amazing responsiveness via email in real time. Customer service is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about James and the Team. I purchased a 2025 Orbea Rise LT from across the country and had a minor issue with the shipping company- not ATC. They took care of it promptly and ameliorated all of my concerns. Highly recommend. I wish I lived closer to the shop. Outstanding! Will support again. Five stars!😎
