Greg and Scott were awesome. I went to get my son's bike wheel replaced but they found that his tube popped. Saved his tire. And, they even fixed my son's front tire because I tried to assemble it myself but put the tire on backwards...lol. Thank you so much for your help. Great service. I recommend 1000%. I will be back.

Greg, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about e-bikes — you can tell he really cares about putting customers on the right bike, not just making a sale. One thing I really like is that you can find some very cool, different e-bikes there — not just the usual models you see everywhere. Scott is also awesome to work with — super helpful, patient, and friendly. And the after-sales support really stands out — they’re responsive, honest, and actually help you long after you leave the shop, which makes a huge difference with e-bikes. If you’re looking for a shop with great service, honest advice, cool e-bikes you won’t see everywhere, and solid after-sales support, I highly recommend ATL Ebikes LLC.
