I bought a bike from the shop and came back to get service Alia was incredibly helpful and she was very versed in the knowledge of bikes. Gave me a quote and I dropped my bike off. I have no worries about them treating my bike right. 10 out of 10 would recommend. A massive plus is this company is worker owned and you are more than likely to interact with one of the worker owners who will give you the best service you could possibly get from a bike shop. I went this last Saturday with a handlebar issue and was helped by a tall guy in glasses. He was very kind and only charged me 10 bucks for the fix! Quick service and I was out in just a few minutes, he was also very nice. Will definitely come again if I have an issue with my bike!

The rear cassette on my GT mountian bike was loose. I brought it in, and the folks at BBW had it fixed on the spot within 5 minutes. This is a great little shop. Fast, friendly service with a smile. Will definitely be back!
