Truly, the best bike shop in San Antonio. I just purchased a 2025 stumpjumper 15 expert and they went out of their way to help. Make sure the bike was fitted and we’re super helpful truly again is the best bike shop.

Great service today. Brought my bike in for a small repair without an appointment. Greg and the team were superb. Greg even showed me how to make a few small adjustments on my disc brake so I could do it myself in the future. Greg went above and beyond. Thanks team!

I was so blown away by the incredible experience I had here today. My knowledge of bikes and what is available is over 20 yrs old... Adan was the one who helped me. He asked questions about how and where I would be using the bike to find me a good match. He explained about the different components of the bikes (styles of handlebars, seat shape and material, gears, shocks, etc.) as well as the differences in frame materials and the pros and cons of each. He also explained the difference in the "Specialized" brand that they sell there and the high quality customer service and support provided by their store. I got to ride the bike he suggested around in the parking lot out back and loved it! I was really impressed that Adan didn't scoff, look at me weird, or treat me different when I expressed concern for the prices I saw hanging from the bikes. That was huge for me, as I am willing to pay high prices for quality items that will last, but I also went into the store with a budget in mind. He showed me different price options available online so I could find the model I tried at a price point I would be able to manage without breaking the bank. There were lots of different bike accessories in the store to customize the bike itself (handlebar grips, seats, etc.) as well as specialized biker clothing (padded crotch shorts, lightweight shirts, gloves, etc.) saddlebags and water bottles options, creams for reducing body friction and chafing, those biking shoes that snap onto the bike pedals, as well as food and drink options for staying fed and hydrated when on longer bike rides. These items ranged from good quality and affordable to top of the line and expensive (but worth it!). I believe Adan was able to help me so well because he had extensive knowledge of bikes and biking products, had knowledge of multiple brand bikes that he had personally tried over the years (and not just knowledge about the store's brand), and had real experience with the many bikes and product from his personal life and the lives of others around him. As a side note, I want to add that I was also impressed by the staff there that were working in the back area on the bikes (that I assume we're brought in for maintenance or what not). There seemed to be this air of respect and friendship between everyone, and a feeling that they all loved their job. Hard to describe, but there was really good energy there. Overall an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend this place for beginners as well as for the hardcore biker!!
