Got the exact bike I needed for my wife. I knew what I was looking for when I came in but after some solid advice and looking through different options I was able to get the bike that was right for us. Wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive but it was the right bike for what she needed. They were able to have it shipped to the store and get the tubeless work done on it in less than 48hrs. Picked it up in two days and haven’t had a single issue since. Having always been a Specialized rider I’ve always gone to Bicycle Heaven and was glad to come back and get another bike. Thanks guys!

Amazing service, I visited last minute as my bike place was closed. Went to get my tube replaced and they finished before I went to work. Only $25 for tube and $7.99 for labor. Even got some new krypto pedals half off for $81.97 and he put those on as well before I had work. Will becoming back.
