Honestly, love this team! So nice. So down to earth. So friendly. Respectful. Goofy. Wonderful. Highly recommend. Had my big intrigue e+ elite e-MTB serviced there multiple times and it’s riding better than ever right now. Highly recommend!

My second and third visits to Bicycle Ranch were helpful. Had a couple of flats and we concluded that it was time to replace the tire. They got it done in 20 minutes and recommended a solid tire for local riding. The next day I was back with an MTB where I couldn't get the pedals off for shipping...the mechanic was able to do so in seconds. Bought a jersey, obviously a tire, and will keep shopping here as I visit Scottsdale often.

We arrived at Bicycle Ranch about 10 minutes before closing to get help with a flat tire. I was fully expecting to drop it off and pick it up another day. The staff said they could fix it on the spot. 10 minutes later we were out the door and my son was happy to be able to ride his bike when we got home. Thank you!
