Always friendly. Just had 600 dollars worth of work done here on my sons bike. Anywhere else I would have spent much more. The quality and expertise of these men is over the top. They litterally drop everything when you walk through the door and welcome their new first priority THE CUSTOMER. 5 stars every visit highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Bicycle Way of Life enough, specifically their service department. I own a high-end electric road bike that requires a specific level of expertise, and frankly, I’ve struggled to find a shop or a mechanic I could truly trust with it until I met James. The customer service here is top-tier, but James is the real standout. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a way of explaining technical nuances very clearly without being condescending. It’s rare to find someone who is both a master of their craft and so great to work with. Especially If you have a higher end bike and are looking for a service department that actually understands the tech, go see James.
