Bicycles of Phoenix

Stopped in to Bicycles of Phoenix recently for some replacement parts. They had what I needed and the prices were reasonable. After trying to complete some maintenance myself and running into challenges, I took the parts into the shop and they fixed me up in just minutes on the spot. Staff is courteous and professional and they know their stuff. Highly recommend!

Found a great deal on a Huffy beachcomber bike at Goodwill yesterday, and with the additional 20% discount it was worth the risk. The risk? Flat tires Tires rubbing fenders Fenders not aligned Pedals “iffy” Now where do I get a free estimate and expert diagnosis in the 85032 area? Went to Google and came across a place I knew how to find. Called at 3:45 on busy December 23. They could take a look at it and give me an estimate as they were open till 6pm. I arrived and brought my hopes and handlebar into the shop. Was greeted by the owner and he immediately put the bike up in a rack and started tinkering and adjusting as well as putting air in the tires. Ten minutes or so later he told me he was finished. I asked what the cost would be, he said, “Merry Christmas and if you liked the service leave a review.” So this guy s my personal recognition of a Midwestern hard working owner who is reputable, honest, and skilled. I give 6 out of 5 stars and recommend the Phoenix Bike Shoo on SW corner of Tatum and Thunderbird for purchasing, fitting, or repairing your bikes!

We have been going to this shop for years but after this experience I had to leave a review. My 84 year old grandma used to love riding bikes. Now that her knees have been replaced she wanted to try an adult tricycle. Ryan was so knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect bike for her. Thank you bicycles of phoenix for bringing joy to my wonderful grandma.
