I reached out to Bike Dojo via text with a description of my bike issues and a few photos. Tope responded promptly and was upfront about when he could take a look. To my surprise, he was able to come by early the very next day! Once he arrived, he got right to work, clearly explaining what my bike needed to get back in shape. While I initially contacted him just to adjust the derailleurs, he went above and beyond—fine-tuning the brakes and checking that all nuts, bolts, and junctions were secure. Throughout the process, he explained what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. His top priority was making sure the bike was safe to ride, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Tope was meticulous, performing multiple test rides and adjustments until everything was dialed in perfectly. The service was quick, reasonably priced, and completely transparent. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Bike Dojo again for future repairs.

Bike Dojo was an excellent service. I rode my bike to work today for the first time in 7 plus years. I wouldnt have felt the confidence in riding this bike without the wonderful service and refresh of my bike that had been sitting in storage all this time. He made sure that safety came first and was not as expensive as the other shops that I had talked to that also tried upselling things I didnt need. Great conversation and easy to work with will gladly recommend him if you are looking for bike repairs in san diego.

If you need help with your bike call Bike Dojo. After calling the number I was greeted by the owner Tope. He listened to me and we had a brief chat about the issue discussed the pricing which to me sounded like a good deal considering he is coming to me with his truck and equipment to fix my problem and get me back on the road. He asked for pictures of the bike which makes sense and we made an appointment for the next morning. Because he had photos of the bike this meant he spent the mean time preparing for the job which was both professional and considerate. He arrived on time the next morning. I showed him my bike we discussed my usage and it's utility to me. He was extremely thorough. We not only fixed the problem but he looked at the whole bike and helped me to understand how I can prevent the issue from happening again. To be honest I can probably write a book talking about the experience hahaha but I'll keep it short: all he had to do was fix a flat tire but I ended up with a bike that I would call better than new. He adjusted my derailleur secured my kickstand and even installed some tire liners I had laying around to give my tires even more protection than what I had before and if you've ever had to do that you know how much of a pain in the ass it is but he knows his stuff and has all the tricks of the trade. As long as he is in business I will be going to Bike Dojo for all my bicycle repairs from now on. I asked him to fix my tire he went above and beyond and now my tires are lined with gold.
