Fantastic Online Retailer. I worked with Erin P and she went above and beyond to cater to my requests. I lived out of state and within 15 minutes of me calling, she took several outside photos of my bike so I could see the true color in outdoor lighting. This gave me a ton of peace of mind to know what I was going to get shipped to me. She also offered to speed up shipping speed without a charge to accomodate a race I had coming up soon. I'd definitely recommend this ship :)

This place is truly a local gem. I had the pleasure of working directly with Matt, who helped me from start to finish with repairing our e-bike, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Because they work directly with Specialized, Matt was able to coordinate everything smoothly and kept me in the loop the entire time. Communication was clear and friendly, and the turnaround was much faster than I ever expected... a really pleasant surprise! They replaced the full battery, did a complete tune-up, and helped me find a new bike seat. Of course I provided my receipt, and Matt submitted it directly to the company so my warranty could be applied, which made the whole process easy and affordable. It’s so refreshing to find a shop that’s knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely kind. I’m incredibly grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, top-notch service.
