I have been riding a model of their conversion bike for almost 3 years. I love my bike! And I truly appreciate everyone on their team. I had an issue that felt it was just unsolvable.But with some patiences and theories they discovered the issue! They told me every theory they thought of and explained how everything works. Which helped me learn so much and it just nice to have such open communication. When theories didn’t work out they came up with new one to make sure they did everything under the sun. Truly so grateful I found this little shop and so happy I made the choice to buy their product 3 years ago. Anything you need e-bike wise these are the humans to go to!

So nice and so helpful, the best shop in Seattle for all things ebikes. They helped do a safety check on my bike after an accident,all for a very reasonable price, and their expertise gave me the confidence to trust my bike again, and they made my ride much safer going forward! I bought a Swytch kit thinking I could do the install myself and was completely out of my depth. Henry not only helped me install the kit but took me through a number of options for converting my bike to make sure I was making the right choice for my needs. He offered custom solutions to improve this out-of-the-box kit and walked me through how everything worked so that I could be better equipped to do the maintenance on my own.
