A really wonderful place! Friendly staff, quality work, quick turnaround, cool building, and a worker coop! I dropped off my bike with a whole host of problems and they got it back to me within hours riding like new! What's not to love, will definitely be returning.

I brought my hard-ridden 4 year old Brompton in for a couple of items. It was its first time in the shop. I believe it was Andy (that was who was named on the receipt...if I have that wrong, I apologize) who helped me. She walked me through a few items on the stand, gave me some pricing and options, and did the work in less than 24 hours, exactly as discussed. Mostly. I say mostly because I couldn't help but notice on the ride home that she must have adjusted the brakes as well, which wasn't on the list. Thank you. The bike rode like brand-new.

May I please give 10 stars? They were fantastic! Super friendly and approachable for someone like me who is new to city bike commuting. They took the time to answer my questions, fit me in as a walk-in, and fixed my flats on the spot. Reasonable prices and clear on my options. I left with my hope restored for kindness in Boston!
