Brock E-Bike repair my damaged e-bike from falling off the bike rack while we were traveling. The derailleur, the handles bar, the chains and the seat was totally damaged. I was told by JP, the owner at the bike shop that it will be done in a week but it turn out that it was done in 2 days. The bike is done and I’m really satisfied with the work 👍

Brock E-bikes is the best! Fabulous customer service, excellent monkey wrenching, and super competitive pricing. This is my favorite bike shop after dealing with what feels like a ton of snooty hipster bike shops. These folks are welcoming and don’t make you feel bad for not being a bike expert. I love my e-bike and I barely drive my car anymore.

I brought my new ebike in today for a warranty repair as the manufacturer listed Brocks as an authorized repair facility. I was extremely grateful when they told me they could take care of my bike in just a few hours when I thought I’d be leaving my bike there for the week. Super friendly staff and very informative. I purchased my electric bike online and seeing what they had in the store, I’m regretting that I didn’t buy it directly from them. I’ll definitely be back but I need my bike serviced.
