Hank helped me out when I arrived and clearly and succinctly explained the issues and pointed out some wear on my front tire I was unaware of. He detailed the cost breakdown for parts and service and told me the timeline to expect. They finished the repairs sooner than I expected and the cost was exactly as I had been quoted. Leah helped me when I arrived to pick it up and held the door for me when I left with my bike. The customer service exceeded my expectations. The people working here are fantastic. They are caring and extremely helpful. My teenage granddaughter is 4’10” tall and we finally found a bike that fit her that wasn’t a kid’s bike. It needed some adjustments to the brakes and alignment, as well as adding air to the tires, and they said that it would take about a week for them to get to it since they’re just that backed up with everyone wanting their bikes fixed now that the weather has finally turned nice after the long winter. My granddaughter was disappointed, but understanding, that it would take that long. I think they realized that and rushed her repair through because instead of at least a week, they called the following day to say it was ready. When we picked it up, we realized that the tires had needed so much air that it added about 2 inches to the height and my granddaughter’s feet now couldn’t comfortably reach the ground. The seat couldn’t be lowered any more because it had a curved post. They figured out that by replacing it with a straight post the seat could be lowered a few more inches, which was perfect. They put in the effort to make my granddaughter’s bike perfect for her comfort and safety. I highly recommend them for bike repairs and service.

Had an issue where my barrel shifter was rotating a slightly wrong amount (on a relatively new bike) and they not only figured it out from my poor description and fixed it really quickly, but then didn't charge me because it was a pretty quick fix. This is my third time at budget bikes, and so far every time it's been phenomenal service. Will definitely be returning for future tune ups!
