Went in for a flat tire and had a great experience. The team took the time to help me identify a few other issues I had questions about and set clear expectations for the future. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable and honest their service was—they even chose not to charge me for a service we had discussed once they determined it wasn’t actually needed when I came back to pick up my bike. Really appreciated their transparency and professionalism.

I made a purchase from Campus a couple of months back and as always, it was a great experience. The purchase was a trainer back at the end of November for Black Friday. Due to the unusually warm winter weather we've had the trainer sat unopened as riding outside was still so great. Today I decided to unbox and assemble the trainer in anticipation of the inevitable weather change to come. Upon inspection, I realized that the unit was missing a critical bolt needed to secure the stabilizing legs to the trainer. I went to Campus to see if they could help and get me going. I spoke with Cody and he couldn't have been more understanding. He easily could have contacted the manufacturer for a replacement which would have resulted in a wait while a decision was made and if accepted, having the item shipped. Instead, Cody went and opened another unit, retrieved the part I needed and handed it to me! Absolutely above and beyond in professionalism and customer service! Do yourself a favor and patronize Campus Cycles for your cycling needs!

They are our neighborhood bike shop. We have been in there several times for service, accessories and two bike purchases. Michael and Sam are friendly, knowledgeable,and provide great customer service.I bought a Trek Farley 9.6 for my wife and they worked out a transfer from another store, not normally something done, and saved me a 2 hr drive! Bike came in, was in great shape and ready for pickup. They quickly added some accessories (pedals, water cage, grips, etc) and we were on our way. Highly recommend them for any biking needs!
