CFB Bike Shop

Went in for some mechanical advice and assistance to order the part I needed from them for something I had screwed up. Mechanic stopped his work, corrected my thinking, pulled the parts I didn't know I needed from his stash, and rebuilt my axle on the spot. Not the first time the store expressed a willingness and passion to help in this regard. Personal help and trust are words I'd readily use in discussing this shop.

My husband and I are new to e-bikes and Odhi of CFB Bike Shop spent a good thirty minutes discussing battery sizes, tire sizes, smart capabilities, etc. of the Aventon brand. (They sell other brands as well.) Odhi made us feel very comfortable throughout the buying process. I felt truly appreciated as a customer even though I lacked a lot of cycling knowledge.

Walked into the shop today with the Aventure 3 in mind. Wasn’t sure if I should get the step through or step-over. Chris was warm and welcoming as we entered the shop. He provided excellent customer service and let us test ride both versions outside, so I could really get the full experience of the 20 mph throttle. It was super awesome. Ended up choosing the step through version, and Chris was awesome in hooking us up with a high quality brain shock absorption helmet to boot. His partner Odhi was also very kind and patient with our questions. He taught us the features of the bike and suggested additional accessories which we can research on our own time. 10/10 service
