City Bike Tampa

Rented two bikes for me and my daughter while we were in Tampa for spring break and everything went great! We’re both experienced cyclists with numerous long distance races under our belts and are picky about our equipment. The staff at City Bike answered my questions about the rentals over the phone before we showed up and were super nice and very helpful when we arrived. The bikes were in great shape and performed perfectly for our 55 mile ride from Tampa to Clearwater Beach and back along the Causeway. This is a great shop conveniently located in downtown Tampa close to the Riverwalk. Highly recommended and we will visit them again the next time we want to rent while we’re here.

Rented a Surly 105 Midnight. It's a great bike. Helmet & lock included in price of rental. The service mechanic was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He swapped in my pedals so I could use my cycling shoes. Good value and good service

I had such a great experience at City Bike Tampa! After visiting two Walmarts and two other bike shops, I can honestly say the customer service here was by far the best. Iris was incredibly sweet, helpful, and patient. Iris made me feel completely comfortable and even encouraged me to take the bike for a ride outside before purchasing it—something none of the other shops offered. That little extra touch made such a big difference in helping me choose the right bike. I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for not just a bike, but a truly welcoming experience!
