Conte's Bike Shop

I highly recommend Conte’s (I go to the Navy Yard location)! Excellent location and excellent customer service. I have the best experience whenever I go to Conte’s for all my biking needs. My bike is essentially my “car” here in D.C., and they keep it in tip-top shape and we always have fun too!

I came in to get help with a running stroller and Eber helped me right away. He figured out the problem, changed a wheel and even came out to get me when the job was finished, since I’d double-parked. This is not my first visit and I know the whole team to be fast, reliable and friendly .

We bought two bikes from Conte’s and found the team there to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They seem to be adept at catering to all levels from beginner to serious rider. Recently I was having trouble with a chain on my bike and I brought it in. On the spot, a talented gentleman named Wilson diagnosed the problem, replaced my chain, made a few adjustments, and had me back on the road in 10 minutes.
