Copper Spoke Cycles

Traveling thru Tuscon and had an issue with my bike yoke dropper post. Ryan was willing to sell me a new post from a bike on the floor since he didn’t have what I needed in stock. It wasn’t necessary as the shop mechanic was able to get my dropper working (altho not a permanent fix) and gave us a tip on how to keep the dropper “dropping” in the short term. I’m happily able to ride while traveling in AZ.

I came into Copper Spoke Bicycles on November 11, right before closing, and was blown away by their professionalism and friendliness. From the moment someone opened the door for me to the tech who immediately balanced my suspension, the entire team treated me with respect and care—regardless of my bike’s model or age. Excellent service all around; I’ll definitely be bringing my bike back for future maintenance.

Called up Ryan at Copper Spoke after my last park bike finally gave up and I knew I needed a new generation enduro. We talked about what I was going for and Ryan helped me build up a fully custom Firebird and I couldn’t be more blown away! This bike is not only insanely beautiful and beautifully built it wants to rip is so stable in tech and the jump lines and I’m only starting to lean into how fast and capable this bike truly is. Ryan’s experience as a rider helping me make the right decisions on wheels drivetrain brakes suspension all of it and his access and connection to the the wheel builders frame guys etc really helped me dial in my dream build at an insane price and I couldn’t be more stoked. I’m reaching out to Copper Spoke for all my future MTB needs and I recommend you do too 10/10!
