Tom was so helpful in explaining all my options for an e-bike! He responded really quickly and helped me make a decision. We ended up converting my 20+ year old Raleigh and it is so much fun to ride now. I like that I can still ride it like a 'normal' bike but when I use it as an e-bike it feels really natural too. Tom also made it super easy to claim the EWEB rebate!!

When we picked up the bike, he explained everything thoroughly, and followed up afterwards to make sure we have all the info we need.

This is by far one of the coolest business in America. My journey with cyclized started almost a year ago when I was staring at my quiver of 12 bicycles, a working wife, and two children under the age of 3. I was looking to upgrade a couple of the bikes to e-bikes. I live in Vermont and looked around for help as my time had become thin for converting and upcycling. Everyone I spoke to at numerous shops just wanted to sell me a new e-bike. But when I connected with Mr. Holden he immediately had my attention with respect to his detail oriented and professional nature with which he provide a niche for people looking to upcycle. I since then have converted 3 bikes and the most recent was my favorite 1990's Schwin Super La Tour which I had carefully hand re-built and custom painted many years ago. I just took that bike for a ride along Lake Champlain as the spring is making its appearance here in Vermont and it rode like a dream. The other two e-bikes are my wife and I first mountain bikes from 20 years ago and Tom has breathed life into their ride as we get older and simultaneously have more to carry :). Anyways can't say enough about the professionalism and pride he takes in building these custom bikes. Can only highly recommend.
