Dallas Bike Works

Came across Dallas bike Works on a quick search for mountain bikes that would suit my kid. Although no mountain bikes were purchased, I did come across a heck of a deal on a wheel set that fit my XC BIKE PERFECTLY! It’s a competitive bike market in Dallas and as with all things in this big metroplex, it’s good to shop around and figure out where the deal deals and bargains exist. But there’s more to be said than just finding something at a good cost, for good quality components. Sometimes it’s just a friendly interaction with the sales manager or a shop mechanic that will come out mixed up conversation on suggested maintenance practices, or perhaps even how to do something. It also helps that they have a coffee shop built into the establishment. Definitely facilitates those caffeinated habits, while feeding a hobby. All in all a good experience and good folk, looking to help find you what fits if it’s in there capabilities. Hope I can continue to find good stuff here and good coffee as well.

Had a great experience buying a new bike at DBW. Stephen was awesome and spent a ton of time with me helping me figure out what I wanted and adjusting the bike. Great team, great vibe, much appreciated!

Called to inquire about a Flat Tire around 3ish, The Customer Service over the phone was nice. had to run some errands and came in 15 minutes before they closed, and the gentleman at the front greeted me kindly. They took my bike to the back, fixed the flat, and they tightened the screws on my front tire (that came off when I got there). The gentleman at the front educated me on a couple things about my bike, and showed me some of their products while I waited, Overall, Chill, Quick, Affordable, and kind service! Will definitely be my spot for any bike troubles I may have in the future.
