Downtown Ferndale Bike Shop

Walked into inquire about a new bike and walked out 1/2 hour later with a new one and then came back and brought two more bikes in for service. They are agnostic with the work that they do, service and maintenance on any type of bicycle. The three gentlemen I interacted with were all very friendly as well as their dogs. I’m so happy I found this shop!! I need annual maintenance done on my bikes and now I know where to go. I would highly recommend anybody to rely on this business for an affordable bike and also maintenance. The are very in line with Ferndale and the community.

These guys honestly are the best! Long Story Short - Bought a contend AR 3 from another local shop (my mistake) and it was sized incorrectly. For reference I am 6'3 240lbs. The previous shop did nothing for my inconvenience as a relatively newer serious cycling enthusiast. The guys at downtown bike shop look out for me with the best, insight, new bike brands and just overall knowledge. They even fixed mistakes the "other shop" looked over! They love what they do and it shows! Keep bike shops independent. Thank you guys, you have a lifelong customer! 💪🏾

The team at Downtown Ferndale Bike Shop are the absolute best. I've done business with them several time over the past few years and the service has always been outstanding and top-notch. Most of the time they’ve been able to perform the repair, or service while I’ve waited. They always explain in detail whatever the issue is and what the repair, or service will entail. Their prices are very fair. Very friendly and professional and they really know their stuff. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The most recent service they performed for me was a complete rebuild of the drive train on my Trek bike. It rides like a dream now. Like brand new.
