I took my bike in because I thought it needed a few tweaks. Oh my GOSH! It needed an overhaul. These guys know what they are doing, and I trusted everything they said. Friendly, fast and easy to work with. I ordered an expensive e-bike from a bike shop in San Diego, they told me it would ship to me assembled, but it didn't.
