Jacob at East Coast Electric Speed shop was helpful and knowledgeable about e-bikes. I had some decisions to make between choosing an e-trike or an e- bike. Jacob had some good questions and at up a test ride for a bike that fit me perfectly. The ordering process was way and quick. I got my bike fully assembled and was able to ride it immediately. Because of Jacob’s help, I felt confident to ride and I think I’ll enjoy my bike. I’m also happy I can turn to East Coast for service later. I will definitely recommend East Coast to family and friends. I bought the Velotric, Breeze 1 in the regular size. I’m 5’6” and it fits me great. The bike weighs 48 lbs. My previous e- bike was 80lbs and it was too tall so I didn’t enjoy riding it. I love the Breeze because it is very easy to switch speeds and I can more or less road without using e- assistance because the bike is light weight and has multiple gears.

Great experience. Walker answered every question I had and was patient while I did my homework and came up with more questions. He and Nathaniel went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed for my first e-bike. I got my partner one as well and from now on I will shop there no matter what.
