I was searching for an e-bike for my father, who is 82 years old and recovering from a knee injury. I know that riding a bike can help strengthen his knee, so I started researching online and around the Tampa area. That’s when I came across a local shop and decided to stop in. When I arrived, I met Steve, the owner. Since I was new to e-bikes, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly—what he offered, why he carries HeyBike, and which options might be best for my father’s situation. I found a bike I liked, and Steve encouraged me to take it for a test ride. He carefully went over how to use the bike, all of its features, and the benefits. I was honestly shocked by the performance. I told Steve that if the bike fit in my trunk, I’d take it—even though I don’t live close by. Before finalizing the purchase, we checked, and it fit perfectly with no problem. Steve is a class act. I’m really glad I chose to support his local business. Shopping local is so important these days, and if you’re looking for e-bike sales or service, I highly recommend giving Steve a chance. I’m very glad I did. Thank you, Joe G
Steven and Jennifer have excellent customer service. We purchase the XP lite electric. They helped us out through the process and teaches us the bike on how it works. There were friendly and nice have no complaint how do you recommend this place for beginners or experienced bikers.
