eBoom Electric Bikes

I had an etrike assembled there. They did an excellent job. I then had a second etrike with some issues (probably of my own doing). They fixed it at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and professional.

eBoom took fantastic care of us when we purchased an Aventon Pace 4 for my wife. From start to finish, it was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at a bike shop while shopping for eBikes. The staff (Lee Ann, Sean, Mike and others we didn't catch the names of) were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We’ll absolutely be coming back here — not only for another bike when the time comes, but also for service, accessories, and anything else we need. Highly recommended!

I came in today on a whim and spoke with Sean. He very patiently answered all of this newbie's questions, and even went on a bike ride with me in the park behind the shop to test drive the model I was looking at. It didn't end there. He recommended a bike rack hitch system, and freaking installed it so that I could take the bike home comfortably. He did all of this with a smile on his face, and spoke with humility and pride. I haven't had customer service like this in many years. It reminds me of what small town shops can be for the people lucky enough to step inside them. I left with a bike, a new seat, some gloves, and the hitch system. I will be back for sure!
