Ed's Mobile Bike Service

I blew a tire a few blocks from work—too far from home and not near any shop. Ed came to the rescue. He was quick to respond, happened to be in the area, and was able to pick up the bike right away. Since he was taking it in for the tire, I asked for a tune-up as well. Ed was communicative throughout the whole process. He sent photos and asked before proceeding with any replacements. The pricing for both services and parts was reasonable, and scheduling the return was just as easy. The bike came back buttery smooth. Highly recommend!

Got bicycle tires replaced for an electric bicycle. Ed was prompt, responded to my text immediately, came exactly at the appointed time to pick up the bike. The price quoted was reasonable, did the work and returned the bike the same day. He went above and beyond - greasing the chain, straightened the handlebars. Would be happy to use Ed’s service any time in the future - it was a significantly better experience than other bike shops I used in the past.

Ed was absolutely excellent! He came by and picked up my bike within an hour, and the next day he dropped it off in perfect condition. Before he worked on it, my bike did not shift gears at all, the brakes barely worked, and it was making a lot of noise. Now it feels like a brand new bike. He went above and beyond by taking the time to walk me through how each gear works and the correct way to shift. His tutorial was amazing and I never really understood bike gears before other than just switching back and forth. Ed is extremely professional and very quick to respond. My bike rides perfectly now, even better than the last tuneup I had done elsewhere. I will definitely continue using Ed from now on. A+ service! Thank you, Ed!
