Edison Electric Bicycles

I'm a new owner of the Edison cargo bike and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and their bikes. The quality is exceptional and they truly care about their bikes and the customer's experience. I have another e-bike from another brand and you can really tell Edison makes a great product in the quality, comfort, range, and components. I spoke to Anne many times prior to my purchase and she is SO helpful and very knowledgeable to make sure I am set up for success and enjoyment. They really make you feel like family and truly care about their customers. Buying local was the best decision and I'm excited to ride this all over town. A++ people and company!

Edison makes the best electric bike I've ever ridden! I was lucky enough to snag one of the new models and it's great in every dimension: range, speed, power, and comfort. I really like that the frame looks and rides like a normal bike. Plus, it's pretty light weight by e-bike standards. Not only are the bikes great but the people and community are great too! Ryan and Anne are super friendly and always make sure my bike is riding well at the local maintenance shop. They really show why it's a plus that Edison is a local company. The Edison group rides that Anne organizes have been super fun and a nice bonus to owning the bike!

We love our new electric bikes! We got a cargo and today completed our fleet with a white one. The cargo bike already has 100+ miles in 2 weeks of use. Our 3 yr old loves to ride all the time. The Edison team Tyler, Anne and Ryan have gone above and beyond to make sure we don’t have any issues. For a person that is not mechanically savvy this has been fantastic. Tyler explained everything to do with the bike technical specs and even helped us figure out how to lock it. Ann took her time to share personal experiences with her bike and took me on a ride to show me cool routes. When I had a flat tire and didn’t know how to take it back to them to fix, Ryan offered to come and pick up the bike, fixed and brought it back to me. I am absolutely amazed by their customer service.
