I can’t say enough good things about Eric and his team. I brought in a used e-bike that had a handful of issues, and instead of brushing me off or pushing unnecessary parts, they took the time to truly diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix the root problems. They went above and beyond at every step. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. You can tell they care about the rider, not just the transaction. If you’re in Denver and own an e-bike — whether it’s new, used, or giving you headaches — this is the shop. As long as I’m in Denver, I won’t go anywhere else. A+ service all around.

First time ever riding an e-bike and Eric and Susan couldn't have made it easier! Knowledgeable, friendly, and great customer service. Great place to rent from if you're a small group taking the trail to Golden for the day (which is what we did). 10/10!
