I needed an e-bike electrical issue diagnostic and was helped right away. Super knowledgeable and helpful even with a bike brand they don’t sell.

These overall ratings seem far too low... Sam and James are absolutely amazing! Sam really went the extra mile to help make sure I found the absolute best bike for my needs, talking through the options with me, getting the two top choices in stock for me to compare, and even staying late to finalize the transaction and sort out accessories. I wanted something that folded and he helped me see that the Velotric was far better than the other options I was considering and I'm extremely happy with it. Unfortunately Velotric dropped the price $100 to $1299 right after I purchased it. Wait for a sale if possible since Velotric won't price match! Sam and James are the best though and highly recommend
