Electric Bike Central

Matt and Jen were simply great. They went way above and beyond to set us up with two e-bikes similar to (but better than) the ones we use at home. We were visiting from the east coast, and had no way to get the bikes to the place where we stayed for a week. So they delivered them to us, complete with helmets, mirrors, locks and back-rack bags. At the week's end, they picked them up, too. We're not young, or even middle-aged now, but we put about 75 miles on them during our visit. The rides we took would not have been possible for us on non-assisted bikes, but we're not interested in throttle-equipped bikes. Being able to choose how much effort you want to exert will keep you strong. When help is finally needed, adding just the right amount of assist can keep you riding long and far. Matt and Jen can make that happen, and we hope to be back for more. Thank you!!

Matt and his team have taken great care of my 3 ebikes over the years. Very knowledgeable about the various technologies. Cares most about my safety on the road.

Just had the most pleasant bike buying experience at Electric Bike Central! I came in to look at a Specialized Turbo Levo for my wife (at a great price) and instead of the “too cool for school” hipster bike bro behind the counter, it was Matt, and he was great.
