Excellent experience. I purchased a Segway Xyber from the team about 3 months ago, and it's been wonderful. Eric, Isaiah and Daniel are an excellent group, and helped with receipt and assembly of my bike, and walked through setup so that I was ready to go with no questions since departure. I've been back to speak with them about it and they were great with service and very receptive to any concerns. 10/10 would recommend this business!

I purchased an e-bike during Covid. I have stayed with this company since my purchased. They have excellent customer service. When I am able to upgrade I will purchase from them.

Definitely recommend getting a bike from these guys if you’re in the Atlanta area! I bought my first e-bike here and it was a seamless experience.
