Brooks is the man. We have a Gazelle and a Magnum e-bike. The Magnum had a broken spoke and the Gazelle needed a tune-up. Brooks came to our house and picked up both bikes. He returned them 2 days later. Could not be happier. Brooks is very knowledgeable and was easy to work with.

Brooks did an amazing job with my Madsen cargo bike! He was communicative, fast, and very helpful. My bike is heavy, but he came and picked up to take back to his shop. He fully replaced my broken motor and worked with me when we had to find a new part to make it fit. He gave me back my bike perfectly clean and detailed. Highly recommend!

I bought a used certied Class1 e bike with a Bosch Activ Line Motor and 400 WH battery The bike needed some work done. Meet :"Brooks" from Epic EBike Repair. He came to my house to pick up the IZip 2.0, and after two days he delivered my bike,riding like brand new.
