ERIK'S - Electric Bikes

Andrew made me a happy customer. I was having problems with the front rotor on a new bike I purchased online from Eriks. He replaced the rotor with a new one. He was very professional and thorough. My new bike needed some gear and brake adjustments. Andrew did a great job and gave quick service. He also did a complete bike safety check which is completely appreciated. I would not hesitate buying from this store as they have great customer service.

We had stopped by several other bike stores, including ones just down the street from our house in Ahwatukee, but decided to look at one more bike shop, and that was Erik’s - Electric Bikes. I am glad my son recommended it because we were not disappointed; they were very helpful, and never did we feel like we were rushed. We ended up purchasing 3 new electric bikes from them. We are definitely looking forward to working with them in the future. The staff took the time to explain the features of each bike, ensuring we made the right choice for our needs. After our purchase, they even offered a complimentary maintenance check to help us get started. Riding our new bikes around the neighborhood has been such a joy, and we can't wait to explore new trails together. Andrew at Erik's was a fantastic help with us picking out my wife's new E-Bike. We had started to look into what bike would be the right one for her but his knowledge quickly led us to a great bike that didn't break the bank. We really appreciated his patience and ability to find a bike that she liked and we never felt like he was upselling us to something we didn't need.
