I had to come down from Hobbs as I’ve had difficulty finding decent service in the area. Eric went out of his way to find time to fit my new bike. He went way above and beyond and was happy to answer all my questions. My bike feels better than any bike I’ve had in the past. Will be returning

This place is an amazing community resource. The bike mechanics (Mikey) are very knowledgeable and helped us out so much with a specialty build. The owner is also nice and community oriented. Very thankful for the crew there and their knowledge and willingness to work with us. Highly recommend.

Had a great educational and orientating session to electric bikes with employee Easton. I bought my previous street bike from FAT FIRE eight years ago, but gave it away to a friend because I could not pedal or push it up my steep street the last half mile from my home. I wanted to understand electric technology, and see if that would be an option to get me into another sport I could do outside. I wasn’t even sure, after not riding for three years, and 74 years of age, whether I could balance on a two wheel bike.. I had done some Internet research but didn’t know whether I wanted a regular bicycle or a tricycle. I also didn’t understand the legal differences between a level 1, 2, or 3 rated bicycle and bicycles with throttles. Easton was a great educator!. First, I asked him to let me just ride a regular bike to make sure I could still balance and he was really cooperative and encouraging. After that test, he demonstrated an electric two wheel bike that he thought would be appropriate for my intended use. He spent a good 30 to 45 minutes coaching me on different ways to mount adjust and use the drive options on the bike. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the instruction and service he provided. I’ve had him work up an estimate for the bike, helmet, and locking mechanism and I intend to purchase the bike after the holiday season. Regular tuneups and servicing are included in the purchase in warranty and Service continues with only the addition of the parts cost for an out of warranty service. The particular bike I have selected has a longer warranty than most. I’m looking forward to acquiring the equipment before the end of this year due to the great salesmanship and courtesy of their staff member, Easton.
