Global Bikes & E-Bikes - Gilbert

I wanted to acknowledge the great customer service we had at the Gilbert store. Eric greeted us immediately and assisted us in finding the correct size bike for our daughter. This is the second time we purchased a bike from this location and had a great experience. Thank you Eric!!!

Went to get my bike fixed and the guy was so helpful. Half of it he fixed infront of me and didn’t charge the other half he gave us advice on how to fix since they were about a week 1/2 out. He even offered to help us take the part that was broken off so we can use it now. I appreciated how patient and helpful they were will be using them for all future bike needs.

I knew what bike I wanted when I walked in but Eric took the time to show me and let me ride a large and extra large frame. Once I found my fit and selected the bike he brought it back to the mechanic to inspect and give it a final tune up as I was paying. I was out of there in no time. Very efficient! Thank you for the attention Eric!
