Worth the 300-mile drive from Southern Utah! Incredible service and selection. "My husband and I recently visited Great Western Cyclery and E-bike to explore Gazelle bikes, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Prior to our visit, I inquired about their current inventory. I was impressed to receive an instant reply confirming they had a variety of models in stock and ready for test rides. Knowing exactly what was available made our decision to drive 300 miles from Southern Utah incredibly easy. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Jared, who was fantastic. It was clear he knew the Gazelle line inside and out; he ensured we found the perfect ride and fit while taking the time to answer all our questions with zero pressure. To top it off, he made us an amazing offer on two Gazelle bikes and a bike rack. If you are looking for a professional, responsive, and welcoming shop—especially for a Gazelle e-bike—I can't recommend Jared and the team enough. They made the long trip absolutely worth it!"

My husband and I were looking at getting an e-bike for me to do shopping etc and decided to swing by Great Western E-bikes. We went in the evening and just the owner was there. He was very very helpful. (We decided to put off buying.) Our old fav local bike shop closed and we were looking for a new place to get annual tune ups on our carbon road bikes, so we took our bikes over to Great Western for tune ups. We got the full, “like new” tune up. New chain, new cables, new brake pads, bleed and change the hydraulic brake fluid, new bar tape, etc. We also both got new Gatorskin tires. My bike has probably about 20k miles on it and it was time. They had our bikes for about 8-10 days (for TWO bikes) and we just got them back. We haven’t ridden yet (too cold) but hope to get out later this week. I can’t wait to get back on my “new” bike! The service manager is super helpful and was great to work with. We have found our new go-to bike shop, and the great thing is it is relatively close and easy to get to….in an area we frequent.

Went to Great Western Ebike store and the service was amazing. Jared took the time to explain the difference in bikes. There was no pressure to pick one over the other. He really listened to what I was looking for and worked hard to make sure I left with the best bike for me. This was a second bike, and I'm so happy with what I got. Great customer service and selection. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
