I bought an e-bike for my mom for Christmas through the shop. She was so excited and can’t wait to use it. The manager Steve was so nice! He went out of his way to help me find the perfect bike and accessories. He even helped us surprise her with it on Christmas Eve and then shipped it to her all the way to Massachusetts.

I bought a used Stacyc e-bike for my son’s birthday. He was initially so excited about it, but unfortunately there motor started smoking quickly after its first use. I called three team at Hyland Cyclery who said they’d work to fix there issue. Not only did they resolve there issue by replacing three motor, but they also upgraded it at no extra cost. I was truly grateful that they stand by their products even when used. My son is loving every minute of his new bike and it’s thanks to this great team! I highly recommend them!

I needed a hard to find wheel, I never been here before , they helped me and gave me advice. Talked some bikes with me and didn’t mind me window shopping and day dreaming about the downhill bikes !! Other shops I have been to kinda seem annoyed for window shopping, they are friendly here and understand the do it your self and Frankenstein bike builders who are on a budget, rather then try to push us into a expensive bike we can’t afford just offer advice and some parts ideas with what we have . Because of that I probably will keep coming back. Bought that part on 12/14 before closing and they was not rushing me to leave you can tell they are passionate about bikes
