I ordered a bike online and opted to have it delivered to the store for assembly. While I didn’t get the reminder call about the pickup date like they mentioned, I decided to swing by anyway. That turned out to be a great decision ,They handled the assembly quickly and with care, explaining a few things about the bike along the way. By the time I left, my bike was perfectly put together, riding like a dream, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Their friendliness and professionalism made the small hiccup with the call completely negligible. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future biking needs — it’s rare to find a team that combines skill, patience, and genuine customer care so effortlessly.

I have truly grown a lot of respect for this business. Rita and the entire staff are very friendly and highly knowledgeable about e-bikes. And even best, they’re no pressure. I had to take my bike in to get the brakes changed since they were really bad and they were able to fit me into their schedule, which is a life saver considering I use my e-bike for work at the moment. This is my second time doing business with them and it has been pleasant each time. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for bike repair. They even have some really nice bikes and e-bikes for sale that I wish I could buy to start a collection … down the line I will 😅

Sorted out a flat rear tire on my Ebike in 20 quick minutes. Staff was very kind and helpful. Got me back on the road to continue my ride on the Beltline in short order. I'll definitely return to Intown for my cycling needs in the future. A+ service!
