Went at opening on Sunday morning and met sales manager Nate. Nate installed my new pedals and did a great job giving the bike a once over! Nate is shining example of exemplary service and I'm extremely grateful for his advice and care. I will do all my bike shopping at Jax from now on, based on the positive service Nate provided.
I had such a great experience with Donald at Jax Bicycle. I brought in my mountain bike and my beach cruiser for flat tires, and he was super honest and helpful from the start. He only recommended what I actually needed and took the time to really check both bikes thoroughly. Donald went above and beyond by cleaning out all the junk that had built up inside my tires something I didn’t even know was there and after that, my bike honestly felt brand new. He even wiped the bike down, lubed the chain, and checked everything to make sure it was working smoothly, including the brakes. I really appreciated the extra care. He also checked over my beach cruiser to make sure everything was running well. Even though I’ll need a new chain at some point, he still cleaned it up, lubed it, and wiped the bike down, which was such a nice touch. Donald is super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely honest. His follow-up was great too he kept me updated the whole time, which made the process really easy and stress-free. He’s definitely going to be my go-to bike guy moving forward. I’ll be recommending him to all my friends and family for sure.
I’ve purchased four bikes from JAX Bicycle Center in Irvine in 2025, and every experience has been outstanding. The team is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping you make the right choice. They take the time to answer all questions patiently, explain things clearly, and never rush you or push unnecessary upgrades. You can tell they actually care about the customer, not just the sale. On top of that, everyone is super friendly and easy to work with. This is exactly how a bike shop should operate. Highly recommended.
