Kindred Cycles

Kindred Cycles was amazing. First day I wandered in and told John I was a newbie. Even though it was raining he had me try multiple bikes and spent a lot of time educating me on the differences and what might work for me. He even stayed about 15 minutes past closing answering questions. Zero pressure to purchase and he invited me to come back the next day to keep trying things out. I came back and met Erin, Tommy, and Katherine. They gave incredible attention to detail, walked me through my options, and helped me find the perfect setup for what I want to do. Great people. Knowledgeable, welcoming, and down to earth. Feels like the best of Pittsburgh. Proud to be repping their stuff.

My husband and I just took delivery of our e-Bikes and the service that Aaron and Katharine gave us was superb! From ordering the Bikes early in the year, dealing with manufacturing and tariff delays and some minor shipping issues we couldn't be happier with the care and communication from the Kindred Cycles team. We live out of state but from our first visit to the shop and Aaron's excitement about all things cycle related we knew we were in the right place to get our next e-bikes. Aaron talked us through options and asked us questions about how and where we intend to ride, he ensured we ordered exactly what we needed for our long-range plans and finally on delivery, spent several hours with us to configure each bike for our height, weight etc. Aaron rode with us on a short test ride and back to the shop for a few more tweaks before sending us on our way. Thank you, Aaron and Katharine, the bikes are awesome and we can't wait to see where the rode ahead takes us on two wheels!

I love Kindred. They helped me buy my first good bike. They tune it up twice a year. Helped me get my bike packing gear. Great place. Very fair prices!
