Even if a newer staff member isn’t sure about something, there’s always a more experienced team member nearby who knows exactly what to do. The combination of friendly service and reliable expertise makes it easy to handle any bike issue without stress. It’s clear that the staff work well together to make sure customers get the help they need, no matter the question or problem.

This place is the absolute best! They have absolutely everything you need for a bike. They are fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. This shop will definitely be my go to place for my bike needs. They were able to provide a phone mount for my bike, they installed a drink carrier for my bike style, and replaced my front tire quite quickly after I popped it. And its not too far of a bike ride! Edit! This phone mount for my bike - I bought here - its extremely reliable! I was hit by a truck on my bike a few days ago and my phone STAYED in place, didn't break either. Completely recommend!
