I searched and searched about 6 bike shops in surrounding areas and ran into level up and was amazed at their service the gentleman that helped me didn’t seem to have an issue repairing the others were charging an outrageous amount . I was so great full and fully recommend this place for any bike needs . I’m a new bike rider and don’t have any fancy outrageous expensive bike just a Huffy brand and this place made me feel so welcoming and he seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful in every way . I think his name was Carlos and they were quick to repair and call me when it was ready ! Thank you 😊

I brought my new (to me) road bike in for a tune-up and Carlos was very helpful. He even answered all of my questions about how to shift the gears when I went to pick it up 😂Very fair pricing, super kind and approachable interactions, and none of the elitism I've experienced at other bike shops in town. Highly recommend.
