Fantastic service. They managed to rescue parts that I thought would have to be fully replaced. They are willing to look at bikes they don't sell and non-electric parts on any e-bike unlike a lot of bike shops in the Seattle area. Will definitely go back.

This is by far the best bike shop I’ve ever been to! I’ve been biking for over 30 years and there is definitely a difference between shops. The staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating. They will never over charge you or try to sell you anything. Their work is impeccable. This is my bike shop for life!

I'm writing based on my initial buying experience purchasing an E-Bike. I've been hesitant to bike for years, but I'm finally taking the jump. Being based in the city, this was the closest store to me. I worked with Lex, who was absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable, zero-pressure, and a cool dude. I was able to test ride and they gave me good recommendations on test paths to make the most of the ride. I was able to make a decision based of clear facts presented to me, not because the store was trying pressure me to make a purchase immediately. They ensured my bike was properly setup before I rode out into the sun. We'll see how the return experiences are, but this buying experience was great. Thanks!
