Montlake Bicycle Shop

It's has been said already how the knowledgeable staff at Montlake Bicycle Shop puts their customer needs first. Almost unbelievably, this extends beyond even the brands and stock in their store. After listing my wife's very specific needs in a new gravel/recreational e-bike, an online/AI search brought us to the Montlake shop to order what we thought would be the optimal choice. Turns out that bike is no longer manufactured and could not be ordered. After fully understanding what we really wanted, the shop owner recommended another bike in very limited supply and not in their inventory or any of their sister shops. An email from him after an overnight search identified a local source for the bike in the correct size, even though that shop is a direct Montlake competitor. This is truly incredible service that has placed our needs above any profit motive. Please give them your business!

We (my 2 kids and I) love this shop. The staff are so super friendly and helpful, assembled our e-Bike and gave helpful tips to get me (an e-bike novice) going for the first ride out of the shop. The kids are always excited to go there, too. I think it has to do with being able to roam the roomy shop space a bit and explore ... bike stuff. I am so glad I found this place.

Montlake Bicycle Shop is top notch. They have a great selection of quality bikes and accessories and what they don't have, they can special order and have it within a few days. Their staff is top notch as well. I have bought several bikes there, had bikes serviced, and ordered many parts. I highly recommend them.
