I had a very odd request for Monroe Velo...the handbrake cable on my knee scooter snapped and I needed it repaired ASAP, otherwise I'd be back on crutches during my rehab. Jake and Ed took a look and said "One way or another, we can fix this." Although it was a custom part, they managed to fix it perfectly in less than 24 hours. Thanks guys, for your superior service!
