N&N eBikes and Repair

Just got my brand new E bike and was advised on all the do’s and dont’s that I wasn’t aware of getting into my first bike. Really made the process easy and full service delivery was sweet!!

Had a really solid experience with N&N. They figured out what was going on with my bike and even reached out to the manufacturer to track down the right part and confirm the issue. They kept me in the loop the whole time, cc’d me on emails, and were upfront about everything. Labor costs were totally fair too. I’ll definitely be going back to them for repairs and when I’m ready to buy my next bike.

Recently wanted to purchase an e-bike Trike and found N&N EBIKES through a Google search. Went in to their location and met with both NEIL (the owner) and his business partner (a Scottish man whose name I did not get). I was interested in a MOONCOOL TKPRO trike and wanted to test ride it, which I did right then!! Both men answered all of my questions, discussed my purchase options and how the process would go. NEIL also let me know that they would build the trike and deliver it to my home (VERY reasonable fee). YEP, now THAT is customer service people. NEIL placed the order for the exact model and color trike I wanted and gave me an estimate of about 7-10 days. My beautiful new trike was indeed delivered in about a week and it was perfect!!!!! Plan on having all my servicing and maintenance done at N&N (for a reasonable fee they will even pick up my Trike and return it after servicing). Wow, just can’t get over how great a find N&N EBIKES is. Great service these days is hard to find, but thankfully this business offers it!!
