Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went there for a repair estimate on my bike, and everything was explained clearly to me. The service was quick and thorough. They printed out and emailed a break down of parts and labour. Also looked like they had a great selection of new and refurbished bikes.

Love this shop. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. I am always presented with multiple options and detailed explanations for products I am going to buy and repairs I need. All my repairs have been done thoroughly and my bike returned to me quickly. Grateful to have them as my neighborhood shop!

The guys at NWProGear Bike shop were a pleasure to work with and very professional! Looking forward to working with them in the future and am glad to use them as my new go to bike shop! They were very helpful in the set up of my new Amflow pl carbon Pro and can't wait to shred the trails!
